Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to the Voxilo platform operated by CraftsmenLeads LLC, doing business as Voxilo (“Voxilo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Standard Refund Window

You may request a prorated refund within 7 days of any subscription charge. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the charge date will not be honored under this standard policy, except as provided in Section 2 (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee) below.

To request a refund, contact info@voxilo.ai with your account email and the charge you are requesting a refund for. We will respond within 5 business days.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Voxilo One)

Voxilo One monthly subscribers are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee on their first paid subscription month. If Voxilo does not work for your business within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription cycle, contact us and we will refund your base subscription payment in full.

Conditions:

  • Applies to Voxilo One monthly plans only (not annual plans, Plus, or Pro).
  • Applies to the first paid month only. Subsequent renewals are subject to the standard 7-day refund window.
  • The 30-day window begins on the date of your first subscription charge (after any free trial period ends).
  • Overage usage charges are not refundable under the money-back guarantee or any other policy.

3. What Is Not Refundable

  • Overage charges: Per-minute usage above your included bundle is non-refundable.
  • Tier-2 integration setup fees: Custom integration work is billed separately and is non-refundable once the scoping engagement has begun.
  • Annual plans: Annual subscriptions are subject to the standard prorated 7-day refund window only. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to annual plans.
  • Add-on services: Any separately invoiced add-ons or professional services are non-refundable.
  • Free trial usage: The $15 trial credit is provided free of charge and is not refundable.

4. Annual Plan Prorations

If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle on an annual plan, Stripe automatically computes prorated credits and charges. These proration calculations are not eligible for additional refunds beyond what Stripe applies automatically.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted at this URL. Your continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new policy. Material changes that reduce refund rights will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
