Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to the Voxilo platform operated by CraftsmenLeads LLC, doing business as Voxilo (“Voxilo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your Voxilo subscription at any time through the Voxilo Customer Portal, accessible from your account billing settings. No phone call, no waiting period, no hoops. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect immediately in the system.

If you cannot access the portal, contact info@voxilo.ai and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day.

2. What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
  • Voice agent pauses at the end of your billing cycle. Callers will hear a holding message indicating the service is unavailable.
  • Your data is retained for the legally required period. Consent records, call recordings, and compliance evidence are retained for 5 years from the date of collection, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You cannot request deletion of compliance-required records.
  • Non-compliance data (account settings, call summaries not required by TCPA) will be deleted after 90 days post-cancellation.
  • Data export: You may request a ZIP export of your consent records, call recordings, and transcripts at any time during your active subscription or within 90 days of cancellation.

3. Mid-Cycle Cancellation

If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle, your subscription remains active and your voice agent keeps answering until the cycle ends. No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current cycle, except where required by law or as provided in our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation Due to Payment Failure

If a payment fails, Voxilo uses Stripe Smart Retries — up to 3 retry attempts over approximately 14 days.

  • Day 14 after failure: Your subscription is paused. The voice agent stops answering calls. You will receive an in-app notification and email asking you to update your payment method.
  • Day 30 after failure: Your subscription is cancelled. We will email you a link to download your consent records and call recordings before we delete your account data (within 90 days).
  • TCPA records: As noted in Section 2, consent records are retained for 5 years regardless of cancellation reason.

5. Annual Plan Cancellation

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid annual period. Refunds on annual plans follow our standard 7-day prorated refund policy. If you cancel an annual plan outside the 7-day refund window, no refund is issued for the remaining months.

6. Reactivation After Cancellation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by signing into your Voxilo account and restarting your plan. If your account was deleted after the 90-day retention window, you will need to create a new account. Compliance records held under the 5-year TCPA obligation remain accessible to you by contacting us.
