Program Description

CraftsmenLeads LLC operates an opt-in SMS messaging program for users who submit a service inquiry through our consent form at /support/phone. Messages relate to your service inquiry, including scheduling, dispatch updates, and responses from the contractor you are contacting.

Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from CraftsmenLeads only by affirmatively checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our consent form. Consent is not a condition of service — you may submit the form without consenting, in which case we will respond by email or phone callback only. You acknowledge that messages are generated by an AI system, not a human operator.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the nature of your inquiry. Typical volume is 1-6 messages per service inquiry.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. CraftsmenLeads does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Additional opt-out keywords: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL. You may also opt out by emailing compliance@craftsmenleads.com. To resubscribe, reply START.

Privacy

Supported Carriers

Major US carriers supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
