By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Uses

2. Client Obligations
As a Voxilo client, you are expected to:

- Report issues: Notify us promptly if you become aware of any misuse, security incidents, or compliance concerns related to your account
- Cooperate with compliance requests: Respond to our requests for information related to compliance audits, consumer complaints, or regulatory inquiries
3. Enforcement
We take violations of this AUP seriously. Our enforcement process follows a graduated approach:
- Warning: For a first or minor violation, we will notify you of the issue and provide a reasonable timeframe to correct it. We will document the violation and any corrective steps required.
- Suspension: For repeated violations, serious violations, or failure to correct a previously warned issue, we may suspend your account. During suspension, the Service will stop processing missed calls for your business. Suspension remains in effect until the issue is resolved to our satisfaction.
- Termination: For severe violations (including but not limited to illegal activity, use of purchased lists, or repeated serious violations after suspension), we may terminate your account immediately and permanently. Upon termination for cause, no refund of prepaid fees will be issued.
We reserve the right to skip the warning step and proceed directly to suspension or termination in cases involving illegal activity, imminent harm to consumers, or conduct that poses a significant compliance risk to Voxilo.
